With today’s rising costs, we offer a host of solutions to keep your office functioning without breaking the bank.
We understand that every office is unique and has different needs. That’s why Phillips Consulting offers several solutions to provide technical support to offices with a couple of PCs up to a couple hundred.
Our service contracts are designed to offer a reduced hourly rate for technical support plus added features such as priority calling, service vouchers* for free service, discounts for PC purchases and more.

Phillips Consulting Inc. offers three service contract plans, Silver, Gold and Platinum. With the purchase of a contract, the hourly rate is then reduced for each service visit. A Silver contract reduces the hourly service rate from $150 to $95 an hour, Gold reduces the rate from $150 to $65 an hour and Platinum allows the client to pay once a year for the contract and never see a bill for service again.
Our most popular service contract, Gold, also offers service vouchers worth one hour of service each as well as vouchers for software upgrades and office checkups. This way, our technicians are in offices four times a year checking to make sure the backup, anti-virus and anti-spyware software and the network as a whole are working smoothly.
